When this video came out I was washing dishes at the Holiday Inn here in "Cookevegas". And it really struck a chord with me. I've come a long way since then. I can now cook anything that is dead. I can even make some things dead, and then cook them. But at the old golf course we all wear multiple hats, and even the executive chef washes dishes. So..yeah..The more things change, the more they stay the same.
